Villa Stella Maris close to Cala Pi Beach for 4 with Private Pool & Wi-Fi  
South of Mallorca in peace and quiet, you will find the vacation home "Stella Maris" in the town of Cala Pi. Cala Pi is characterized by its beautiful golden beach situated between protective high cliffs, the old watchtower, nice restaurants, bars, and a supermarket, and all that at about 100 meters distance. This ground-floor apartment has two covered terraces, each with its own dining table, a patio with sunbeds, a separate outside toilet, and its own private pool. At the rear is a natural park, at the front is a parking lot where you can park your car. The interior is very tastefully done. Every detail has been taken care of, a wonderfully comfortable couch, a large open kitchen and a dining table in the middle make you feel right at home. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. One of them is also a bunk bed. The bathroom has a sink and a shower. Who wants to go out by car, within half an hour drive there are lovely villages and beautiful beaches to visit such as Colonia de Sant Jordi, Santanyi, Beach Es Trenc, Ses Covetes or to a hip beach club Mhares Sea Club. Large supermarkets such as Lidl, Mercadona, Eroski and Aldi can be found in Campos. Recommended is a visit to one of the wineries in the region. Those who want to cherish the nightlife are advised to drive to El Arenal or Cala D´Or.  

Chalet Can Biel with Pool, Terrace & Wi-Fi 
- There is a charge of 2 euros per day/per unit for the use of hot/cold air-conditioning. There are 6 units As soon as you leave the motorway and drive towards Pina, you find yourself in an oasis of peace where time stood still. The village itself is also peaceful and you will notice that everything is well taken care of. Pina is the ideal starting point to explore the island because of its location. Your holiday home characterises itself as a normal village house at the front, but once inside, it turns out to be a beautiful, spacious, modern and very comfortable home with all conveniences. The house was completely restored in 2021. The garden photos unfortunately do not yet show the potential of the garden and also a photo of the huge garage is still missing. New photos are expected in November 2021. The upper floor of this detached house is not in use, so you are guaranteed privacy and peace. And peace and quiet is emphatically present! Layout: spacious entrance hall with old tipical details from Mallorca. On the right side of the hall you will find the master bedroom with private bathroom. This spacious double bedroom is equipped with air conditioning with cold and hot air. This room also has a television. The double bedroom on the left is equipped with air conditioning with cold and warm air. From the hall you enter the living room with a large open kitchen. The nice sitting area, the big TV, the air conditioning with cold and warm air make this a favourite place to rest from all the experiences of your holiday. The modern kitchen has a cooking island with induction hobs. There is a breakfast table, an American fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine. Also here is an air-conditioner with cold and hot air. From the living room there is access to a bathroom and a double bedroom with its own bathroom. At the rear of the house is a bright dining room with large sliding doors to a terrace with BBQ. The dining table seats six. There is a large fireplace and air conditioning with hot and cold air. In the garden, next to the house, is enough parking space for several cars. The garage on the right side of the house is large enough to serve as a play area for the kids. You will also find a laundry room here. Stairs up and then you come to a beautiful terrace with a saltwater pool, sun beds, dining table, bathroom, toilet and many citrus trees. This terrace has the sun all day until late in the evening. In short, this house will pleasantly surprise every holidaymaker with its complete equipment, comfort, privacy, tranquillity and location. Tips in the immediate vicinity The oldest market on the island is in Sineu on Wednesdays. But also in the evening a terrace or restaurant is definitely recommended. Algaida has many terraces and restaurants. Wine tasting in the many wineries in the area. Visit an authentic Majorcan villa in San Joan (Els Calderers).  

Es Baladre Beach in Puerto de Alcudia with WIFI air conditioning heating and dishwasher 
A relaxing beach vacation, trendy bars, and many restaurants is what you can expect here in Puerto de Alcudia. There is plenty of entertainment for young and old everywhere so you don't have to be bored for a moment. The house is a great pleasant surprise on the one hand because of its perfect location, after all, you are only 50 meters away from the wide and beautiful sandy beach and on the other hand because of the modern, complete and elegant interior of the house itself. The whole house has air conditioning and underfloor heating for the colder days. The distribution of the first floor is as follows: living / dining room with sitting area and dining table for 6 people, TV with Astra satellite, WIFI, open kitchen with all necessary utensils such as; microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and induction hob. Iron and ironing board are also provided. Large sliding glass doors lead to the covered terrace with dining table. There are also two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the second floor is the third bedroom with bathroom. The garden / patio has two covered terraces, one with dining table and the other with sitting area. There is also space to park two cars on the private property. There is a laundry room with washing machine. You walk directly to the beach through a gate. In short: those looking for peace and quiet, despite the lack of a pool, will get here the house they are looking for. The beach is just around the corner and bars and restaurants within walking distance. In principle, a car is not really necessary here.
